    Software factories

    Building multi-agent orchestration for end-to-end software delivery — autonomous pipelines, agent task decomposition, and continuous integration of AI into the software lifecycle. Continuing applied research to model engineering and product hypotheses with data.

  2. 2025

    Applied research, AI adoption

    Stood up an applied research team at Appointy. Defined KPIs and direction, contributed to org-level technical decisions, led AI tool adoption across engineering, and ran internal workshops to build an engineering-led innovation culture.

  3. 2024

    Security & compliance

    Led engineering for SOC 2, ISO standards, cloud and infrastructure security hardening. Defined the process backbone for auditability and controls.

  4. 2023

    DevOps & AI lead, Appointy

    Implemented observability (metrics, logs, tracing). Established alerting, on-call and escalation. Improved reliability and incident response. Reduced cloud spend through infrastructure optimization.

  5. 2022

    Computer vision product → Appointy

    Built a real-time pose-estimation product for fitness. Acquired by Appointy as part of their AI strategy. Post-acquisition: engineering hiring, technical-debt reduction, onboarding and developer-productivity improvements.

    5G UTM trial with Vi

    Trialed an Aerobridge-based UTM stack with Vi for BVLOS drone operations — Unmanned Aerial Traffic Management for high-density airspace, over 5G.

  7. 2021

    RL-based tactical deconfliction

    Multi-agent RL for tactical deconfliction at scale. Parameter-shared CTDE policy with signed position broadcasts, optimizing energy in 3D. The simulator was the rate-limiter, not the algorithm.

  8. 2020–21

    Madhya Pradesh Police deployment

    Supplied and operationalized drone systems with MP Police. Field reliability, deployment constraints, and on-the-ground usability — not lab specs.

  9. 2019

    Federated airspace architecture

    Pivoted Vizzbee to a federated UTM architecture — region-partitioned USS, ASTM F3411 / F3548 alignment. The technical case for distributed coordination wasn't the real argument; the trust case was.

  10. 2018

    Drone autonomy & navigation

    Drone autonomy and obstacle avoidance using ROS, Intel T265, D435, Jetson Nano, and PX4. Fused T265 visual odometry with GPS via an EKF for SLAM in unstructured environments. Vizzbee incorporated.
